Bryan Breckenridge, Chairman

Mr. Breckenridge has thirty-five years of experience in the health care field at the executive level. He served as CEO and founder of Shady Grove Adventist Hospital for twenty years. He was CEO of Adventist Healthcare, an organization that owned and operated hospitals, nursing homes and home health care agencies in a five-state region, for ten years. He was a founder of Propac Pharmacy and its Chairman for five years until it was sold to a public company. Mr. Breckenridge has also served on over twenty-five boards of directors. He is active in investing in start-up companies. He presently serves as a member of the board of directors of Med-Tel International, which builds and operates medical imaging centers in the United States and Europe. He is also a member of the board of directors of Pacific Union College.

Gary Wart, President & CEO.

Mr. Wart's early healthcare experience was a a Respiratory Therapist and a licensed nursing home administrator. Subsequently, he served as the Director of Operations for Achievements in Healthcare, Inc. where he was responsible for the operations of nearly 400 nursing-home beds and 350 employees. Mr. Wart was a co-founder of PROPAC Pharmacy, an institutional pharmacy that served over 5,000 long-term-care beds in Oregon, Washington and California. PROPAC was sold after 11 years of operations to Manor Care, Inc. Mr. Wart co-founded Marquis Companies where he was the Vice President of Operations for 13 years. During his tenure, Marquis Companies grew to over 1,200 long-term-care beds and over 1,000 employees.

David Ford, Executive Vice President & General Counsel

Mr. Ford is currently the Vice Chairman of Aegis Senior Communities LLC, an operator of more than thirty-five senior-housing properties in California, Washington and Nevada. Prior to Aegis, David was the General Counsel and then Chief Operating Officer of a government contractor that provided out-sourced IT services to defense agencies. For two decades before that, he was a lawyer in private practice specializing in mergers and acquisitions and general corporate issues, primarily focused in the healthcare and technology industries. He has also been an investor in and operator of healthcare facilities for over fifteen years.

John Mack, Executive Vice President, Business Development & Vice Chairman, CS Parent.

Mr. Mack is currently CEO/President of ProMed Search Firm, LLC, a healthcare recruiting firm specializing in pharmacist placements nationwide.  Mr. Mack started his career in the long term care industry as a nursing home administrator.  While serving as an administrator, he co-founded and served as the CEO/President of PROPAC Pharmacy which became one of the leading LTC pharmacies in the Northwest.  PROPAC was sold to Manor Care, Inc. in 1993 at which time Mr. Mack became a Senior VP for Vitalink Pharmacy Services until 1998 when he co-founded SNALF.com, a portal website for the LTC industry.  After returning to NeighborCare Pharmacy for a brief time, Mr. Mack then founded ProMed Search Firm in 2001.
